Panasonic Toughbook F9 Rugged Notebook




Panasonic has introduced a new rugged notebook called Toughbook F9. The notebook built on a processor Intel Core i5-520M with a frequency of 2.4 GHz and equipped with 14.1-inch display with a resolution of 1440×900 pixels. Memory is 2 GB (expandable up to 6 GB) and hard drive – 320 GB. Removable hard disk, protected from attacks.

Panasonic Toughbook F9 is an optical DVD drive, fingerprint reader (optional) and wireless adapters Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, plus optional WiMAX and WWAN (Gobi2000). The notebook can run for between one charging the battery up to 7 hours. As for durability, then the Panasonic Toughbook F9 withstand a fall from a height of about 70 cm in a working state without losing data. It is enclosed in a magnesium alloy exterior with a keyboard, protected from sprays. This rugged notebook will release on 1 July, it will cost $ 2,899.
